Custom Machining

We have the capability to machine parts made from stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, heat treated steel and other hard materials. We have multiple machining centers for 3 and 4 & 5 axis parts.

Our sheet metal services include shear, profile, brake form, small hydraulic press forming.

Custom Tooling

If you need a custom tool, we can design, fabricate and assemble it for you. Common requests include assembly jigs, drill jigs, layup tools, hammer dies, hydroblocks, stretch blocks and more.

Fabrication

We can reverse-engineer and then fabricate your custom components and tools.

Assembly

Our team can assemble your small- or medium-sized parts and components so your staff can focus on production. Our assembly services include functional testing of the products.

Planning and Design

We use Mastercam, Catia and PC DMIS software to plan and design projects.
